Terms of Service

Evaal is offered to organisations that operate engineering teams of 30 or more engineers. Individual-developer use, evaluation accounts that exceed two months, and use by organisations that compete directly with Evaal in the engineering intelligence category each require prior written agreement.

Evaal provides software that connects to GitHub, Linear, Slack, and Calendar via OAuth and synthesises signals into briefings and alerts. Service availability targets, support response times, and incident communication will be defined in the final terms and the Service Level Agreement.

Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary internal approvals to connect Evaal to their engineering systems, including any required notice to the engineers whose activity will be synthesised. Evaal will provide template language and guidance during onboarding.

Customers must not attempt to reverse-engineer Evaal's models or use Evaal output to train competing systems.

Pricing for general availability has not been finalised. Early-access customers are not charged. Once Evaal moves to general availability, current customers will receive at least 60 days notice and the option to convert under early-access pricing terms.

Either party may terminate the Pilot Agreement with 30 days written notice. On termination, Evaal will delete customer data within 30 days unless the customer requests an export first.

The full limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution clauses will be defined in the final terms with counsel review. Nothing in this draft constitutes a binding limitation of either party's rights.
